We will go beyond to give your property the care and consideration it deserves. As well as providing cleaning products and kitchenware, with monthly professional cleaning and inspections, you can rest assured your property is in safe hands.
Quality control check
We will send our maintenance team once per month to conduct a quality and control check of the property, checking pipes, toilets, sinks, etc.

Short-term rental
We will assess the best way to make your rental property successful, and then manage it using all our resources and experience to make the most out of your property through short term rental.
Room rental
We will decorate or refurbish your property, taking care of contracts and finding the best tenants for your property. We will also take care of the maintenance and cleaning of your property.
Long-term rental
Same conditions as the room rental, but we will look for families or couples to guarantee a good atmosphere within the house and the neighbourhood for a period of minimum 1 year.
