Our pricing list

Every property is different, and the payment methods will vary according to location, size, and condition of the property, as well as the personal situation of every owner.

We normally use two different agreements:

GROSS INCOME PERCENTAGE

We will let you know what improvements can be made to your property to increase its value.  Then, we will manage it for you in exchange of a monthly percentage of the gross income of the property (starting from 15%).

With this agreement, your monthly income will increase during peak season!

MONTHLY RENT

We will agree a fixed price to pay every month for a certain period. You don´t have to invest or do anything – just receive your money.

 

Passive income with no investment 

 

Both agreements can lead you to:

Free renovation: If the length of the agreement and the conditions of the property fit, we can start a renovation process where you won´t have to pay anything!
