Full accounting for the property and the Malta eco contribution returns, handled on your behalf.

What is quoted separately
We do not hide costs inside the percentage. These are quoted before anything happens and you approve each one:
- Property setup, furnishing and interior finishing
- Professional photography and the 360 virtual tour
- Consumables and linen replacement
- Maintenance and repairs above the agreed threshold
- The MTA holiday licence application fee
- VAT on our fee, charged at the standard Malta rate
